It’s always Christmas in Tahoe

No trip to Incline Village is complete without a stop to Christmas Tree Village.

When I started travelling in my 20’s, I always made it a point to pick up an ornament as souvenir. Most souvenirs don’t last very long after the trip, but the ornaments seem to endure. Once a year, we break out the Christmas decorations and get to relive some of our travels.

That one came from that trip to Paris in 2004. That one came from the drive down the coast. That one came from your mother; it goes in the back . . .

Christmas Tree Village is our source for all of our “Tahoe” ornaments. Mostly, bears it seems. It gives us a chance to be a kid again and enjoy the magic and wonder of Christmas – even if its 80 degrees and the middle of July.
