All golfers including myself tend to get over focused on specific positions in the golf swing. A golfer’s ultimate goal, ought to be to construct a  consistent golf swing based on outstanding fundamentals that are repeatable on the golf course. Let’s review seven swing keys that can help you create a consistent swing.

Apply Ground Force During the Golf Swing – A lot of novice golfers lose leverage early in the swing by lifting their body. Remember that a faster downswing is a good thing, but a swifter backswing results in bad tempo. Start the backswing smoothly and you will improve your swing tempo.

Weight Transfer – Throughout the backswing you must transfer your weight to the right side (right hand golfer). Having said that, this must be accomplished without any swaying. The key is to keep your chest and head centered over the ball. Generate a full turn back and start the downswing by gently kicking the left hip in the direction of the target. Once you have completed this move all you have to do is fire your arms through impact.
