Rates
Rates for 2009-2010 are as follows –

Off-peak season (April 1 to June 14, and September 15 to December 14): $150/night, 2 night minimum. Discounted rate of $125/night for 6 nights or more.

Peak season (June 15 to September 14, and December 15 to March 31): $200/night, 2 night minimum. Discounted rate of $175/night for 6 nights or more.

Memorial Day weekend: $200/night, 3 night minimum

Labor Day weekend: $200/night, 3 night minimum.

Thanksgiving week : $200/night, 4 night minimum.

Christmas week: $250/night, 6 night minimum.

New Year’s week: $250/night, 6 night minimum.

President’s Day weekend: $200/night, 3 night minimum
A one-time cleaning fee of $125 is applied to all rentals. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
Pets
Pets are permitted, but an additional $25 cleaning fee applies.
