Enjoy a beautiful golf day at the renowned Incline Village Championship Course while supporting an incredible local non-profit. \nKids & Horses provides equine-assisted activities and therapy to enhance the physical and mental well-being of children and adults with disabilities like autism\, cerebral palsy\, Down syndrome\, and more. \nThe tournament features: \n\n18 holes of scenic championship golf\nDinner and awards banquet\nContests and prizes\nSilent auction and raffle\n\nFounded in 1999 by local philanthropists Sam and Lorri Waldman\, Kids & Horses was an early pioneer in utilizing horseback riding as therapy. When Sam passed away\, Lorri and a devoted team vowed to continue his legacy of helping those with disabilities through the healing power of horses. \nDon’t miss this fun event supporting an amazing cause! \nAbout Kids and Horses\nSince its founding in 1999\, Kids & Horses has steadily increased its capacity to serve individuals with disabilities in Northern Nevada through the efforts of local volunteers; the families served\, grass-roots donors\, the generosity of charitable Nevada foundations\, community fundraisers\, and gifts from members of its board. \nKids & Horses is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code\, and donations may be tax deductible.
